3. Products and Services

tools.gioiliop.eu offers the following types of digital products:

  • Digital eBooks (PDF): One-time purchase products delivered as downloadable PDF files.
  • Software Plugins (Subscriptions): Software tools available on a recurring subscription basis.

All product descriptions, features, and pricing are published on the website and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchases and Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a certified payment service provider. We do not store any payment card data on our servers.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may or may not include VAT, as indicated on each product page. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

For subscription products, recurring charges will be made automatically at the interval specified at checkout (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Digital Content Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product immediately via a download link sent to your email address and/or displayed on the confirmation page.

By completing a purchase of a digital product and initiating the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

6. Refund Policy

Given the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded or digital content has been accessed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Non-delivery: You completed payment but did not receive access to the product due to a technical failure on our end.
  • Significant misdescription: The product is materially different from what was described on the website.

To request a refund, contact us at info@gioiliop.eu within 14 days of your purchase, providing your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the active period.

7. Use License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute the product to third parties.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

eBook content is protected by copyright. Plugin software is licensed, not sold, and is subject to any additional license terms included with the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tools.gioiliop.eu, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Giorgos Iliopoulos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of our products or website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giorgos Iliopoulos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

11. Privacy

The personal data you provide during checkout (name, email address) is used solely to process your order and deliver your product. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) or as required by law.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
