By accessing and using tools.gioiliop.eu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Giorgos Iliopoulos. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

tools.gioiliop.eu offers the following types of digital products:

All product descriptions, features, and pricing are published on the website and may be updated at any time. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. We do not store, process, or transmit any payment card data on our servers.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated on each product page. Greek VAT rules and applicable EU regulations apply based on your location. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

For subscription products, recurring charges will be applied automatically at the interval selected at checkout (monthly or annual). You will be notified before any changes to your subscription price. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product immediately via a download link sent to your registered email address and/or displayed on the confirmation page. Download links are valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. If your link has expired, please contact us at info@gioiliop.eu with your order ID and we will issue a new link.

For plugin subscriptions, access to the software and any future updates is maintained for the duration of your active subscription. We are committed to providing updates necessary to maintain conformity of the software in accordance with EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/770, our digital products will conform to their description and be fit for their intended purpose.

If a digital product does not conform to the contract, we will make every effort to restore conformity — by issuing a corrected version, a new file, or another appropriate solution — within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. Restoration of conformity is the primary remedy.

Only where restoration of conformity is objectively impossible or disproportionately costly, and where no mutually agreed alternative resolution can be reached between the parties, may a proportionate price reduction apply. Termination of the contract with a full refund is reserved for exceptional cases of serious non-conformity as defined by applicable law.

Claims for non-conformity must be raised within two (2) years from delivery.

Given the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded or digital content has been accessed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product.
• Non-delivery: You completed payment but did not receive access to the product due to a technical failure on our end.
• Significant misdescription: The product is materially different from what was described on the website.
• Non-conformity: The product fails to meet the conformity standards set out in Section 6 above and we are unable to bring it into conformity within a reasonable time.

To request a refund, contact us at info@gioiliop.eu within 14 days of your purchase, providing your order ID and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is issued for unused days of an active period, unless required by applicable law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or resell the product to third parties.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the product.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble plugin software (except as permitted by applicable law).
• Use the product in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

eBook content is protected by copyright. Plugin software is licensed, not sold, and is subject to any additional license terms included with the product. Violation of these license terms will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

All content on tools.gioiliop.eu — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Giorgos Iliopoulos and is protected under Greek and EU intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the website or products will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giorgos Iliopoulos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our products or services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

EU consumers also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in ADR procedures but will consider any disputes in good faith.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of our website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
